Pages, Forms, and Content failing to load
If a page, form, or content fails to load such as the reCAPTCHA security feature on the log in page or if you cannot see the password that you are entering when you click on the eye to view your password on the log in page or sign up form you may need to refresh the page.
You may also need to clear your cookies in your web browser.
To clear your cookies in your Chrome web browser from your mobile device, laptop, or desktop computer click on the three dots at the top right of your web browser and go to Settings -> Privacy and security -> Clear browsing data -> Advanced and select all except Passwords and other sign-in data then click Clear data.
To clear your cookies in your Microsoft Edge web browser from your laptop or desktop computer click on the three dots at the top right of your web browser and go to Settings -> Privacy, search, and services -> under Clear browsing data click Choose what to clear, and select all except Passwords, and Autofill from data (includes forms and cards) then click Clear now.
After you clear your cookies in your web browser you will need to sign back in to your account for the changes to take effect.
